E-Commerce Amazon leased a 5,000 sqft space at one of the YHCEprojects to open its first Florida 4-Star store on MiamiBeach, as part of their plan to open more 4-star rated product stores.
At YHCE, one of our expertise is to adapt an old building structure for new uses while remaining part of the structural system, in construction this process is called adaptive reuse and is commonly used to preserve historic features of the building, to prolong the building’s life, and sometimes to take advantage of the site location.
Behind the amazing architectural design of this project, we are doing the structural design to guarantee the continuity of its elements from one floor to another, as well as the resistance of the complex against threats like storms and hurricanes.
