YHCE is heavily involved in Historic Preservation of the Art-Deco buildings in Miami Beach and MIMO districts. We understand the construction methodologies of earlier times, and the aging effects of materials and structural systems. We have designed many retrofit systems to upgrade historic buildings to today’s code while preserving the value of the buildings. Moreover, we have assisted in the development of such buildings to make economic sense in today’s market.
