Mixed use 5 story development at the corner of Alton Road and Lincoln Road in Miami Beach. The project will consist of a boutique hotel, retail, indoor food court and a parking garage. The facades made out of glass will give the project a modern look.

Bayside Motor inn was built in 1952 in what is now one of Miami’s upcoming neighborhoods, MIMO, the Miami Modern Biscayne Boulevard Historic District. The Project consists of a new office building, underground parking and renovation of the existing historic building.
