We are certified structural inspectors in the State of Florida, with more than 30 years of experience doing building inspections across Miami Dade County and Broward County. We have experience inspecting new construction buildings, historic preservation, adaptive reuse projects, building additions, and restoration projects.

What to expect? No matter if you are scheduling an inspection with us for the first time or if you are a recurrent client. We will process your request before 5:00 p.m, and we will contact you with a confirmation of your inspection request.

If you are requesting an inspection for a new project, please try to be as specific as possible, we will call you back with additional questions as needed.

If you are requesting an inspection for an existing project, fill out the form, and expect your inspection the date requested. Remember to have the whole set of approved plans and drawings at the job site.
