Dr. Youssef Hachem is a Professional Engineer with over 30 years of experience graduated from the University of Miami in 1984. Currently the President of Youssef Hachem Consulting Engineering Inc. as well as the firm’s technical leader. He has the tools, experience, understanding,ability to conceptualize solutions to difficult situations and employ practical, cost-effective engineering strategies to deliver major projects. Some of his key strengths include Engineering Management, Inspections and Testing, Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution.

YHCE has extensive experience in historical building renovations mainly in the Miami Beach Art Deco District. YHCE specializes in structural design, calculations, threshold inspections, 40 year re-certification, construction administration, Non-Destructive Testing and Retail Tenant Improvements. Its structural experience consists but is not limited to Masonry Construction, Steel Buildings, Concrete Buildings, Timber Construction and Computer Modeling of Structures. Our areas of work include Municipal and Government Projects, Hotels and Hospitality, Schools, Retail, Commercial, Warehouses, Single and Multi Family Residential.
